Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Public Administration, Or A Related Field.
At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Management Consulting Role, Preferably In The Public Sector.
Strong Understanding Of Public Service Organizations And Their Operations, Including Government Agencies And Non-Profit Organizations.
Proven Track Record Of Successful Project Management And Implementation, Including Experience In Change Management And Process Improvement.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Strong Relationships With Clients And Stakeholders At All Levels Of An Organization.
