  1. Develop and maintain relationships with key government clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

  11. Collaborate with sales and business development teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and standards, to ensure quality and compliance.
  13. Foster a positive and inclusive team dynamic, promoting a culture of collaboration, learning, and continuous improvement.

Job Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Public Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Public Service Management Consulting, Preferably With A Focus On Government Agencies Or Non-Profit Organizations.

  • Strong Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Lead And Oversee Multiple Projects Simultaneously.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Ideas And Solutions To Clients And Team Members.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Public Sector Policies, Regulations, And Procedures, With The Ability To Provide Strategic Recommendations And Solutions To Improve Efficiency And Effectiveness In The Public Sector.
