  1. Develop and implement innovative and effective programmatic media strategies for clients.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
  3. Utilize data analysis and insights to continuously optimize campaign performance.
  4. Stay up-to-date on the latest programmatic media tools and technologies and make recommendations for adoption.
  5. Act as a subject matter expert for programmatic media, providing guidance and support to team members and clients.
  6. Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategy and stay ahead of the curve.
  7. Manage relationships with programmatic media partners and negotiate favorable terms for clients.
  8. Create and deliver insightful and impactful presentations to clients and internal stakeholders.
  9. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide timely and constructive feedback to team members.
  10. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and driving client satisfaction.
  11. Proactively identify opportunities for growth and upsell services to clients.
  12. Stay compliant with industry regulations and ensure ethical and responsible use of data in campaigns.
  13. Participate in new business pitches and contribute to the development of proposals and pitch presentations.
  14. Train and mentor junior team members, promoting their growth and development.
  15. Represent Accenture at industry events and conferences, networking and promoting the company's programmatic media capabilities.
  16. Continuously evaluate and improve internal processes and workflows to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
