  1. Develop and execute programmatic media campaigns for clients, ensuring they are aligned with business objectives and drive impactful results.
  2. Collaborate with a team of talented individuals to develop innovative and effective programmatic media strategies.
  3. Utilize cutting-edge technology and ad tech platforms to optimize and improve campaign performance.
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in programmatic media buying and optimization.
  5. Manage relationships with key media partners and vendors to ensure the best rates and placements for clients.
  6. Analyze campaign data and provide insights and recommendations to improve performance and ROI.
  7. Work closely with clients to understand their goals and objectives, and provide strategic recommendations for their programmatic media campaigns.
  8. Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
  9. Continuously monitor and adjust campaigns to optimize performance and meet KPIs.
  10. Communicate campaign updates and performance to clients and internal stakeholders.
  11. Train and mentor junior team members on best practices and new technologies in programmatic media.
  12. Stay organized and maintain accurate records of campaign details, budgets, and performance metrics.
  13. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as creative and analytics, to develop integrated campaigns and strategies.
  14. Take ownership of new projects and initiatives to drive growth and innovation within the programmatic media team.
  15. Represent Accenture and the programmatic media team at industry events and conferences.

Job Qualifications
  • Expertise In Programmatic Advertising: A Strong Understanding Of Programmatic Advertising Technology And Platforms, Including Dsps, Dmps, Ad Exchanges, And Data Management.

  • Data Analysis And Optimization Skills: Proficiency In Data Analysis And Using Data To Optimize Media Campaigns, Including The Ability To Set Up And Manage A/B Tests, Create Custom Reports, And Interpret Campaign Performance Metrics.

  • Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills: Excellent Communication Skills To Effectively Communicate With Clients, Internal Teams, And External Partners. Proven Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams To Achieve Campaign Goals.

  • Strategic Thinking And Problem-Solving Abilities: Demonstrated Ability To Think Strategically And Proactively Identify And Solve Problems. Experience Developing And Executing Digital Media Strategies To Meet Client Objectives.

  • Experience With Ad Tech And Industry Trends: Familiarity With The Latest Trends And Innovations In The Digital Advertising Industry, Including Programmatic Buying, Mobile Advertising, And Emerging Ad Formats. Experience With Ad Tech Vendors And Technologies, Such As Google Ad Manager And Adobe Advertising Cloud, Is A Plus.
