  1. Conduct research and stay updated on the latest industry trends and best practices in procurement.
  2. Collaborate with clients to understand their procurement needs and develop innovative solutions to meet those needs.
  3. Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with clients' business objectives.
  4. Analyze current procurement processes and identify areas for improvement.
  5. Lead and facilitate meetings and workshops with clients to gather requirements and discuss potential solutions.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
  7. Create and deliver presentations and reports to communicate procurement strategies and progress to clients and senior management.
  8. Drive change and innovation by identifying and implementing new technologies, tools, and processes.
  9. Train and mentor junior team members on procurement best practices and techniques.
  10. Monitor and track procurement metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies and make adjustments when necessary.
  11. Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  12. Coordinate with other departments and teams within Accenture to ensure a seamless and integrated approach to procurement.
  13. Continuously evaluate and improve procurement processes to increase efficiency and cost savings for clients.
  14. Participate in business development activities, including proposal development and client meetings.
  15. Uphold Accenture's values and code of business ethics at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Procurement, Sourcing, Or Supply Chain Management.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or Related Field.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Procurement Processes, Contract Management, And Supplier Relationship Management.

  • Experience In Implementing And Utilizing Procurement Technology Solutions.

  • Excellent Communication And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment.
