- Develop and implement procurement strategies for facilities services that align with Accenture's goals and objectives.
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process for facilities services, including sourcing, negotiating contracts, and supplier relationship management.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities and offerings.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as legal and regulatory requirements, in all procurement activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and requirements and develop solutions that meet those needs.
- Monitor and track supplier performance, identify and address any issues or concerns, and drive continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to drive value, innovation, and cost savings.
- Lead and mentor a team of procurement professionals, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on procurement activities, results, and key metrics.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in procurement for facilities services and incorporate them into the company's procurement practices.
- Identify and drive cost-saving opportunities and initiatives to optimize procurement operations and drive efficiency.
- Act as a primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and suppliers for all procurement-related matters.
- Ensure timely and accurate execution of procurement activities to meet project timelines and deliverables.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, providing clear and concise updates, recommendations, and solutions.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the procurement process and procedures to ensure they are efficient, effective, and aligned with company goals.
Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Procurement And Vendor Management, Preferably In The Facilities Services Industry.
Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Procurement Best Practices, Contract Negotiation, And Cost Management.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Build Relationships With Vendors And Stakeholders.
Demonstrated Experience In Implementing Process Improvements And Driving Efficiency In Procurement Operations.
