- Develop and implement procurement strategies for Facilities Services category, in line with industry best practices and company goals.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of procurement professionals to ensure efficient and effective execution of procurement processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and drive efficiency in procurement processes.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers and negotiate favorable contracts.
- Monitor and track supplier performance, ensuring adherence to contract terms and service level agreements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely delivery of services.
- Stay updated with industry trends and changes in the facilities services market to identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders on procurement processes, policies, and procedures.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
- Analyze and report on procurement metrics to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.
- Oversee contract management and renewal processes, ensuring timely and cost-effective negotiations.
- Represent the company in procurement-related meetings and conferences.
- Continuously evaluate and improve procurement processes to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Keep abreast of new procurement technologies and tools to enhance procurement processes.
- Collaborate with finance and budgeting teams to develop and manage procurement budgets and forecasts.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Procurement Or Supply Chain Management, With A Focus On Facilities Services.
Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team, Preferably In A Global And/Or Matrixed Environment.
Knowledge Of Industry Best Practices And Regulations Related To Procurement And Facilities Services.
Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Internal And External Stakeholders.
