
Procurement Practice Manager - Facilities Services

- Develop and implement procurement strategies to drive efficiency and cost savings within the Facilities Services department.
- Lead a team of procurement professionals, providing guidance, training and development opportunities to ensure the team's success.
- Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to identify procurement needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and supplier performance to inform procurement decisions and negotiate favorable contracts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as any relevant regulations or laws in all procurement activities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, conducting regular performance evaluations and fostering positive partnerships.
- Oversee the procurement process, from identifying needs to contract negotiation and supplier management.
- Develop and maintain a budget for procurement activities, ensuring cost-effectiveness and meeting financial targets.
- Continuously evaluate and improve procurement processes to increase efficiency and streamline operations.
- Keep up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in procurement, implementing new strategies and tools as appropriate.
- Communicate with senior leadership about procurement strategies, progress, and results.
- Mentor and support team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Procurement, Facilities Management, Or A Related Field.
Strong Understanding Of Procurement Processes And Best Practices, With Experience In Managing Large-Scale Projects And Contracts.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
Proven Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Mentor A Team Of Procurement Professionals.
