Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Procurement Practice Manager to join our Facilities Services team at Accenture. As a Practice Manager, you will play a key role in leading and developing our procurement strategies and processes, ensuring the efficient and effective management of our facility services.   1. Develop and implement procurement strategies to drive efficiency and cost savings within the Facilities Services department.
  2. Lead a team of procurement professionals, providing guidance, training and development opportunities to ensure the team's success.
  3. Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to identify procurement needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  4. Monitor and analyze market trends and supplier performance to inform procurement decisions and negotiate favorable contracts.
  5. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as any relevant regulations or laws in all procurement activities.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, conducting regular performance evaluations and fostering positive partnerships.
  7. Oversee the procurement process, from identifying needs to contract negotiation and supplier management.
  8. Develop and maintain a budget for procurement activities, ensuring cost-effectiveness and meeting financial targets.
  9. Continuously evaluate and improve procurement processes to increase efficiency and streamline operations.
  10. Keep up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in procurement, implementing new strategies and tools as appropriate.
  11. Communicate with senior leadership about procurement strategies, progress, and results.
  12. Mentor and support team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Procurement, Facilities Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Strong Understanding Of Procurement Processes And Best Practices, With Experience In Managing Large-Scale Projects And Contracts.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Proven Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Mentor A Team Of Procurement Professionals.
