  1. Lead and manage the facilities services procurement practice at Accenture.
  2. Develop and implement innovative procurement strategies for facilities services that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  3. Work closely with top industry leaders and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide effective procurement solutions.
  4. Manage and oversee complex procurement projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  5. Drive cost savings for clients through strategic negotiations and effective vendor management.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulations related to facilities services procurement.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with key vendors and suppliers to ensure high-quality service and competitive pricing.
  9. Provide guidance and support to junior procurement team members.
  10. Monitor and report on the performance of the facilities services procurement practice, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  11. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential new vendors and evaluate their capabilities.
  12. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as legal and regulatory requirements.
  13. Represent the company in external meetings and events related to facilities services procurement.
  14. Act as a mentor and coach to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
  15. Collaborate with other practice managers to share best practices and drive overall procurement excellence within the company.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Procurement And/Or Facilities Management.

  • Strong Understanding Of Procurement Processes And Procedures, Including Sourcing, Vendor Management, And Contract Negotiation.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Manage A Team And Collaborate With Various Stakeholders.

  • Familiarity With Relevant Software And Tools, Such As Sap, Oracle, And Microsoft Office, To Effectively Manage Procurement And Facilities Operations.
