
Procurement Practice Manager - Facilities Services

- Develop and implement procurement strategies for the Facilities Services division in line with Accenture's overall procurement objectives and goals.
- Lead and manage a team of procurement professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure successful execution of procurement initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as project managers and finance teams, to understand business needs and requirements for facility-related goods and services.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential vendors and negotiate contracts for goods and services that meet quality standards and cost targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, monitoring their performance and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
- Oversee the procurement process, including request for proposal (RFP) creation, vendor selection, and contract management.
- Monitor and analyze procurement data to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the procurement process.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in procurement, and continuously seek ways to improve processes and drive innovation.
- Communicate and present procurement strategies and initiatives to senior management and clients, providing regular updates on progress and results.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.
Strong Knowledge Of Procurement Best Practices And Industry Trends.
Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Procurement, Specifically In Facilities Services.
Experience Managing A Team And Overseeing Multiple Procurement Projects Simultaneously.
