  1. Develop and implement procurement strategies for the Human Resources team to support global operations and drive business success.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and understand HR needs and requirements, and translate them into procurement plans and initiatives.
  3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential vendors and negotiate contracts to obtain the best value for the company.
  4. Manage the procurement process from sourcing to contract execution, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods and services.
  6. Monitor and track procurement metrics to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in HR and procurement to continuously improve processes and strategies.
  8. Train and mentor team members on procurement best practices and procedures.
  9. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to procurement activities.
  10. Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to support the overall goals of the company.
  11. Represent the company in negotiations with suppliers and vendors to secure favorable terms and pricing.
  12. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on procurement activities, including cost savings and efficiency measures.
  13. Proactively identify and address potential risks and issues related to procurement processes and procedures.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve procurement processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  15. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment within the procurement team and across departments.
