- Develop and implement procurement strategies for the Human Resources team to support global operations and drive business success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and understand HR needs and requirements, and translate them into procurement plans and initiatives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential vendors and negotiate contracts to obtain the best value for the company.
- Manage the procurement process from sourcing to contract execution, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods and services.
- Monitor and track procurement metrics to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in HR and procurement to continuously improve processes and strategies.
- Train and mentor team members on procurement best practices and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to procurement activities.
- Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to support the overall goals of the company.
- Represent the company in negotiations with suppliers and vendors to secure favorable terms and pricing.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on procurement activities, including cost savings and efficiency measures.
- Proactively identify and address potential risks and issues related to procurement processes and procedures.
- Continuously evaluate and improve procurement processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Procurement Or Supply Chain Management
