  1. Develop and implement procurement strategies for human resources category in accordance with company goals and objectives.
  2. Identify and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible pricing and terms for HR-related goods and services.
  3. Oversee the procurement process from sourcing to contract management, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their HR needs and provide solutions that align with overall business objectives.
  5. Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify potential opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  6. Mentor and develop team members to ensure their growth and success within the procurement practice.
  7. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  8. Partner with HR and legal departments to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  9. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to foster a collaborative and productive working environment.
  10. Provide timely and accurate reports on procurement activities and contribute to the development of procurement strategies.
  11. Continuously review and improve procurement processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  12. Keep up-to-date with industry best practices and incorporate them into the procurement practice.
  13. Represent the company in meetings with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders to maintain a positive and professional image.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Procurement Practices, Preferably In A Human Resources Role.

  • Strong Understanding Of Procurement Processes And Regulations, Including Vendor Management And Contract Negotiation.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Internal And External Stakeholders.

  • Experience In Managing A Team And Demonstrating Leadership Skills In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment.
