- Develop and implement procurement strategies to support the company's goals and objectives.
- Manage and optimize procurement processes, including sourcing, contracting, and supplier management.
- Lead and mentor a team of procurement professionals to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, vendors, and internal departments.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and negotiate contracts to achieve maximum value for the company.
- Monitor market trends and industry best practices to continuously improve procurement practices.
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement procurement policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulations.
- Provide regular reports and analysis on procurement activities and performance to senior management.
- Participate in the development and execution of company-wide procurement initiatives.
- Stay updated on advancements in procurement technology and recommend new tools and systems to improve efficiency.

Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Procurement Or Sourcing Within A Large Organization
Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Hr Policies And Procedures
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Build Relationships With Stakeholders At All Levels
Proficiency In Procurement Systems And Tools, Such As Sap Or Ariba, And Experience With Data Analysis And Reporting.
