Physical Security Operations Center Senior Analyst

- Develop and implement physical security protocols and procedures to ensure the safety and protection of all individuals, assets, and information within our clients' organizations.
- Monitor and analyze security threats and risks, and provide recommendations for mitigating and addressing potential vulnerabilities.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients in regards to physical security incidents, providing timely and effective communication and support.
- Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver training programs on physical security best practices.
- Manage and oversee the operations of the Physical Security Operations Center, including monitoring surveillance systems, access control systems, and alarm systems.
- Stay up-to-date on emerging security technologies and trends, and make recommendations for their implementation to enhance overall physical security.
- Investigate and document security incidents, and provide detailed reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Manage relationships with external security vendors and contractors, ensuring quality and timely delivery of services.
- Mentor and support junior team members, providing guidance and training to enhance their skills and knowledge in physical security operations.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Physical Security Principles And Practices: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Physical Security Concepts, Processes And Technologies, Including Access Control, Cctv Surveillance, Intrusion Detection, And Security Protocols.
Experience With Security Operations Center (Soc) Operations: The Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience Working In A Security Operations Center, With A Proven Track Record Of Managing And Resolving Security Incidents And Conducting Threat Analysis.
Proficiency In Security Tools And Technologies: The Candidate Should Have Experience Working With Various Security Tools And Technologies, Such As Siem, Endpoint Protection, And Vulnerability Assessment Tools. Knowledge Of Emerging Technologies Such As Artificial Intelligence And Machine Learning Is A Plus.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: The Role Of A Physical Security Operations Center Senior Analyst Involves Analyzing Security Incidents, Identifying Patterns And Trends, And Making Recommendations For Improving Security Measures. The Candidate Should Have Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills To Effectively Perform These Tasks.
Excellent Communication And Teamwork Abilities: As A Senior Analyst, The Candidate Will Be Expected To Communicate Effectively With Team Members, Clients, And Other Stakeholders.
