- Monitor and manage the Physical Security Operations Center (PSOC) to ensure the safety and security of Accenture and its clients' assets.
- Respond to and resolve security incidents in a timely and efficient manner.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to prevent potential security breaches.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to implement security protocols and procedures.
- Stay informed of industry best practices and trends in physical security operations to continuously improve Accenture's security measures.
- Train and mentor junior analysts in the PSOC team.
- Prepare and deliver reports on security incidents and risk assessments to senior management.
- Conduct investigations into security incidents and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Manage relationships with third-party security vendors and ensure their adherence to Accenture's security standards.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for the PSOC team.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements related to physical security operations.
- Collaborate with the IT security team to ensure a holistic approach to security.
- Identify and implement new technologies and tools to enhance physical security operations.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information related to security operations.
- Act as a point of contact for any security-related inquiries or concerns from clients or internal stakeholders.
Extensive Experience In Physical Security Operations: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Physical Security Operations, Preferably In A Corporate Or Government Setting. They Should Have A Solid Understanding Of Security Protocols, Procedures, And Technologies.
Strong Analytical Skills: A Senior Analyst At Accenture Should Possess Excellent Analytical Skills To Identify Potential Threats And Vulnerabilities In Physical Security Systems. They Should Be Able To Analyze Complex Data And Present It In A Clear And Concise Manner.
Knowledge Of Security Technologies: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Security Technologies Such As Access Control Systems, Video Surveillance, Intrusion Detection, And Alarm Systems. They Should Also Be Familiar With Industry Standards And Best Practices.
Leadership And Team Management Skills: As A Senior Analyst, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team Of Analysts And Coordinating With Other Departments. They Should Have Experience In Managing A Team, Delegating Tasks, And Providing Guidance And Support When Needed.
