  1. Lead the physical security operations center team in providing high-quality security solutions for clients.
  2. Utilize expertise in physical security and operations to identify and address potential security threats.
  3. Analyze and interpret data from various sources to assess security risks and make recommendations for mitigation.
  4. Develop and implement security procedures and protocols to ensure the safety of company assets and personnel.
  5. Monitor and maintain security systems, including access control, CCTV, and alarm systems.
  6. Conduct regular assessments of security processes and procedures to identify areas for improvement.
  7. Train and mentor junior team members on physical security best practices and procedures.
  8. Liaise with clients, internal teams, and external vendors to coordinate security efforts and ensure compliance with company standards.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in physical security technology to continuously improve processes and procedures.
  10. Assist in the development and maintenance of emergency response plans and protocols.
  11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve security-related issues.
  12. Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of security incidents and procedures.
  13. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
  14. Act as a point of contact for any security-related inquiries or concerns from clients or internal stakeholders.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve the physical security operations center's processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Physical Security Operations: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Physical Security Operations, Preferably In A Corporate Or Government Setting. This Should Include Experience In Monitoring, Assessing, And Responding To Security Incidents.

  • Knowledge Of Security Systems And Technologies: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Security Systems Such As Access Control, Video Surveillance, Intrusion Detection, And Alarm Systems. They Should Also Be Familiar With Emerging Security Technologies And Their Application In A Physical Security Operations Center.

  • Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: The Role Of A Senior Analyst In A Physical Security Operations Center Requires The Ability To Analyze Complex Security Data, Identify Patterns And Trends, And Make Informed Decisions In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment. The Candidate Should Have A Strong Analytical Mindset And Be Able To Think Critically To Solve Security Challenges.

  • Ability To Lead And Mentor A Team: As A Senior Analyst, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Leading And Mentoring A Team Of Security Analysts. Therefore, They Should Have Proven Leadership Skills And The Ability To Effectively Communicate With And Motivate Team Members To Achieve Common Goals.

  • Knowledge Of Regulatory And Compliance Requirements: The Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Relevant Security Regulations And Compliance Requirements, Such As Hipaa, Pci-Dss, And Gdpr. They Should Also Stay Updated On Any Changes Or Updates To These Regulations And Ensure That The Physical Security Operations Center Is In Compliance At All Times.
