Payroll Tax Associate
The Payroll Tax Associate has a full range of responsibilities for employment tax compliance work in the office and while working outside the office. Assists in managing the Payroll Tax mailbox. Burns CD's as needed. Answers client employees voicemail and log in QB to auto distribute to the team. Prints and mails weekly VI compliance packet. Processes F1 J1 Exemptions via QuickBase and Oracle HCM. Processes W 2 Reissues and email work for the affected associates. Assists in overall mHub Oracle reporting functions. Pulling and processing tax reports as needed. Assists with the processing of Unemployment Verification letters pertaining to unidentified associates employee not found. Pulls SUTA audit request support. Partners with Equifax on certain unemployment activities.
Minimum of 6 months of administrative /office work experience
Understanding of payroll tax processes, including compliance, research and analysis
Experience in meeting and communicating with management
