- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure alignment of goals and objectives.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards.
- Continuously seek feedback from patients to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Represent Accenture in industry conferences and events to showcase our expertise in patient access and experience.
Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Role Within Patient Access And Experience, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.
Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Regulations And Compliance, Including Hipaa And Medicare/Medicaid Guidelines.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Manage Relationships With Clients.
Proven Track Record Of Implementing And Managing Successful Patient Access And Experience Strategies, With A Focus On Improving Patient Satisfaction And Optimizing Operational Efficiency.
