  2. Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals to ensure effective and efficient operations.
  3. Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance their patient experience.
  4. Utilize industry knowledge and best practices to identify areas for improvement in patient access and experience.

  6. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, patients, and insurance companies.
  7. Train and mentor team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent patient care.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in healthcare technology to continuously improve processes and services.
  9. Develop and monitor performance metrics to measure the success of patient access and experience initiatives.
  10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of patient access and experience strategies.
  11. Communicate regularly with leadership to provide updates on progress, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
  12. Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure alignment of goals and objectives.
  13. Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards.
  14. Continuously seek feedback from patients to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  15. Represent Accenture in industry conferences and events to showcase our expertise in patient access and experience.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Role Within Patient Access And Experience, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Regulations And Compliance, Including Hipaa And Medicare/Medicaid Guidelines.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Manage Relationships With Clients.

  • Proven Track Record Of Implementing And Managing Successful Patient Access And Experience Strategies, With A Focus On Improving Patient Satisfaction And Optimizing Operational Efficiency.
