Strong Technical Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Software Development Processes And Technologies, Including Knowledge Of Programming Languages, Database Management, And Web Technologies. This Is Essential For Effectively Leading A Team Of Developers And Ensuring The Successful Delivery Of Packaged Application Projects.
Project Management Experience: This Role Requires A Candidate With Proven Experience In Managing Large-Scale Software Development Projects, Including Planning, Monitoring, And Reporting On Project Progress.
