Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Software Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Software Development, With At Least 2 Years Of Experience In Packaged Application Development.
Strong Understanding Of Enterprise-Level Application Development Processes And Methodologies, Such As Agile Or Waterfall.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Delivering Packaged Application Development Projects On Time And Within Budget.
Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Manage Client Relationships.
