  3. Provide expert knowledge and guidance on Oracle Warehouse Management best practices to clients.
  4. Conduct assessments and identify areas for improvement in clients' warehouse management processes.
  5. Lead and participate in the implementation of Oracle Warehouse Management projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  6. Create and maintain project documentation, including functional and technical specifications.
  7. Train and mentor team members and clients on Oracle Warehouse Management functionality and best practices.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments related to warehouse management and Oracle technology.
  9. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their business needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  10. Proactively identify and resolve issues or risks that may impact project timelines or deliverables.
  11. Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting for clients.
  12. Collaborate with sales teams to identify new business opportunities and contribute to proposals and presentations.
  13. Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within the Oracle Warehouse Management practice.
  14. Represent Accenture as a subject matter expert in Oracle Warehouse Management at industry events and conferences.
  15. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the team.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience With Oracle Warehouse Management Cloud (Wms) Implementation: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Implementing And Configuring Oracle Wms Cloud Solutions For Various Clients. They Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The System And Its Capabilities.

  • Strong Understanding Of Supply Chain Management Processes: A Successful Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Supply Chain Management Processes, Including Inventory Management, Order Fulfillment, And Warehouse Operations. They Should Also Be Familiar With Industry Best Practices And Be Able To Translate Them Into Wms Solutions.

  • Technical Proficiency In Oracle Wms Cloud: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Technical Background In Oracle Wms Cloud, Including Knowledge Of The System's Architecture, Data Structures, And Integration Capabilities. They Should Also Be Proficient In Sql And Have Experience With Data Migration And Conversion.

  • Proven Project Management Skills: As A Consultant, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Leading Wms Implementation Projects For Clients. They Should Have A Track Record Of Successfully Managing Projects, Including Project Planning, Resource Allocation, And Risk Management.

  • Excellent Communication And Client-Facing Skills: The Role Of A Consultant Involves Working Closely With Clients To Understand Their Business Requirements And Provide Them With The Best Solutions. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Communicate With Clients, Understand Their Needs, And Build Strong Relationships. They Should Also Be Able To Present Complex Technical Information In A Clear And Concise Manner.
