  1. Collaborate with clients to understand their financial needs and objectives.
  2. Utilize expertise in Oracle Finance and EPM solutions to provide tailored recommendations and solutions for clients.
  3. Conduct thorough analysis of client's current financial processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.
  4. Lead the implementation of Oracle Finance and EPM solutions, including configuration, testing, and training.
  5. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Oracle Finance and EPM systems.
  6. Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in Oracle Finance and EPM technology.
  8. Act as a subject matter expert for Oracle Finance and EPM, providing guidance and support to team members and clients.
  9. Proactively identify and address any issues or risks throughout the project lifecycle.
  10. Continuously seek opportunities to optimize and improve processes and systems for clients.
  11. Contribute to the development and enhancement of Accenture's Oracle Finance and EPM offerings.
  12. Maintain a high level of professionalism and uphold the values and standards of Accenture.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Finance, Accounting, Or Information Technology.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience Implementing Oracle Financials And/Or Enterprise Performance Management (Epm) Solutions.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Oracle Epm Modules Such As Financial Consolidation And Close, Planning And Budgeting, And Profitability And Cost Management.

  • Experience In End-To-End Project Lifecycle Management, Including Requirements Gathering, Solution Design, Configuration, Testing, And Deployment.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Clients To Drive Successful Project Outcomes.
