- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Utilize your expertise in Oracle ERP finance functionality to design and implement solutions that optimize financial processes and systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business transformation through technology.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments in Oracle ERP finance technology and apply them to client projects.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, promoting their professional growth and development.
- Conduct regular status meetings and progress updates with clients to ensure project milestones are met.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing the value and impact of the solutions provided.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues that may arise during project implementation.
- Continuously assess and improve Accenture's internal processes and methodologies related to Oracle ERP finance implementations.

Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Accounting, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Implementing And Supporting Oracle Erp Finance Modules
Strong Knowledge Of Finance And Accounting Processes, Including Gl, Ap, Ar, And Fa
Proven Experience In Managing A Team And Leading Complex Projects In A Fast-Paced Environment
Certification In Oracle Erp Finance Modules Is Preferred (E.g. Oracle Financials Cloud, E-Business Suite)
