We are looking for a highly skilled and dynamic individual to join our team as an Oracle Data & AI - OCI Lead. As part of our Oracle practice, you will play a critical role in delivering cutting-edge data and AI solutions for our clients on the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) platform. We are seeking a candidate with a strong background in data and AI, as well as a proven track record of successful project delivery on OCI.   1. Lead and guide a team in delivering innovative data and AI solutions on the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) platform.
  2. Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored data and AI strategies using OCI.
  3. Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members on data and AI concepts and OCI platform capabilities.
  4. Conduct thorough analysis and assessment of client data and AI requirements, and develop comprehensive solutions to meet their needs.
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with the delivered solutions and identifying opportunities for additional services.
  6. Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in data and AI technologies, particularly on the OCI platform, and incorporate them into project delivery.
  7. Ensure project timelines and deliverables are met, and proactively identify and address any potential roadblocks.
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams within Accenture to leverage their expertise and resources in delivering comprehensive solutions to clients.
  9. Act as a subject matter expert on OCI data and AI solutions, providing training and support to team members and clients.
  10. Drive continuous improvement and innovation in data and AI solutions, processes, and methodologies within the Oracle practice at Accenture.
  11. Keep track of project budgets and ensure efficient utilization of resources to maximize profitability.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures, and maintain high ethical standards in all aspects of project delivery.

Job Qualifications

  • Strong Knowledge And Experience In Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (Oci) And Its Data And Ai Services, Such As Oracle Autonomous Database, Oracle Machine Learning, And Oracle Analytics Cloud.

  • Demonstrated Ability To Lead And Manage Complex Data And Ai Projects Using Oci, Including Data Migration, Integration, And Advanced Analytics Solutions.

  • In-Depth Understanding Of Data And Ai Best Practices And Industry Trends, With The Ability To Identify And Recommend Innovative Solutions To Clients.

  • Proven Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams And Manage Client Relationships, With Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills.

  • Relevant Certifications, Such As Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Certified Architect, Oracle Autonomous Database Specialist, Or Oracle Analytics Cloud Specialist, Are Highly Preferred.
