
North American Practice Lead, Paid Search
Accenture is looking for an experienced North American Practice Lead, Paid Search to help drive our digital advertising and paid search capabilities forward. In this role, you will be a key part of our team, leading our digital and paid search strategy and execution across the North American market.We are looking for a strategic-minded, customer-focused individual with a solid understanding of the digital advertising and paid search landscape. To be considered, you must have a minimum of 8 years of professional experience in digital advertising and paid search, including at least 3 years of management experience. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential as you will be leading a team of professionals.If you are an innovative thinker with a passion for digital marketing, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the digital and paid search strategy and execution across the North American market.
- Develop and implement innovative digital advertising and paid search initiatives.
- Manage a team of professionals and ensure they are meeting goals and objectives.

- Analyze data to identify opportunities and optimize campaigns.
- Create and maintain relationships with vendors and partners.
- Develop and track key performance indicators for campaigns.
- Provide strategic direction and guidance to the team on digital and paid search initiatives.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure successful execution of campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and laws.
