  1. Utilize extensive knowledge and experience in Kofax TotalAgility Imaging to provide expert support to clients in optimizing their mortgage processes.
  2. Work closely with project teams to identify client needs and develop solutions using Kofax TotalAgility Imaging.
  3. Conduct thorough analyses of client processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and recommend enhancements.
  4. Design and implement Kofax TotalAgility Imaging solutions to streamline and automate mortgage processes.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of projects and provide support as needed.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to mortgage technology and processes.
  7. Train and educate clients on the use of Kofax TotalAgility Imaging and provide ongoing support and troubleshooting.
  8. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and provide timely updates on project progress.
  9. Conduct quality assurance testing to ensure that Kofax TotalAgility Imaging solutions meet client needs and expectations.
  10. Act as a subject matter expert on Kofax TotalAgility Imaging, providing guidance and support to team members as needed.
  11. Proactively identify and resolve issues and challenges in a timely manner to ensure smooth project delivery.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as industry standards and regulations, to ensure compliance.
  13. Participate in company-wide initiatives and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and systems.
  14. Represent the company in a professional manner and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience As A Kofax Totalagility Imaging Analyst, Preferably Within The Mortgage Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Mortgage Cadence Software, Specifically Kofax Totalagility And Its Integration With Other Systems.

  • Proficiency In Document Capture, Imaging, And Data Extraction Processes.

  • Excellent Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot And Resolve Complex Issues Related To Document Imaging And Data Extraction.
