  1. Manage and coordinate all merchandise and inventory for clients.
  2. Ensure that all merchandise is properly stocked and displayed according to company standards.
  3. Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for restocking and ordering.
  4. Communicate with clients to understand their merchandise needs and preferences.
  5. Collaborate with the retail operations team to develop and implement effective merchandise strategies.
  6. Conduct regular inventory audits to maintain accurate stock levels.
  7. Analyze sales data to identify trends and make informed decisions on merchandise placement and pricing.
  8. Maintain a clean and organized merchandise area.
  9. Train and supervise staff on merchandise handling and display techniques.
  10. Monitor product quality and address any issues or concerns.
  11. Work with vendors to ensure timely delivery of merchandise.
  12. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies.
  13. Assist with creating and executing promotional campaigns.
  14. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize merchandise planning and execution.
  15. Maintain a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
  16. Adhere to company policies and procedures.
  17. Handle any customer inquiries or complaints related to merchandise.

  19. Prepare reports on merchandise performance and present to management.

Job Qualifications
