Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Medicare: The Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience Working With Medicare Programs And Processes, Including Extensive Knowledge Of Medicare Advantage, Medicare Part D, And Medicare Supplemental Plans.

  • Technical Expertise: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Technical Background And Understanding Of Medicare Systems, Processes, And Data. They Should Be Well-Versed In Healthcare Technology, Data Analytics, And System Integration.

  • Leadership And Project Management Skills: The Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Leading And Managing Large-Scale Medicare Projects, Including Experience In Developing Project Plans, Managing Timelines, And Coordinating Resources.

  • Regulatory Compliance Knowledge: The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Medicare Regulations And Compliance Requirements, Including Hipaa, Hitech, And Cms Guidelines. They Should Be Able To Ensure That All Technical Solutions Are Compliant With These Regulations.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: The Candidate Should Possess Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, As This Role Requires Frequent Collaboration With Different Stakeholders, Including Clients, Project Teams, And Senior Leadership.
