  1. Lead and drive the Medicare practice at Accenture, working closely with clients to develop and implement innovative solutions that improve healthcare delivery and patient outcomes.
  2. Utilize in-depth knowledge and understanding of Medicare regulations, payment models, and market trends to advise clients and drive business growth.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and thought leader in the Medicare space.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams within Accenture to deliver high-quality, integrated solutions to clients.
  5. Provide strategic and operational leadership to the Medicare practice, setting clear goals and objectives and driving performance to achieve them.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry developments and trends in Medicare, and use this knowledge to inform and shape client solutions.
  7. Manage and mentor a team of healthcare consultants, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their full potential.
  8. Identify new business opportunities and lead business development efforts to expand the Medicare practice.
  9. Represent Accenture at industry conferences and events, and participate in thought leadership initiatives to raise the profile of the company and the Medicare practice.
  10. Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and knowledge sharing among team members.
