- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mechanical assets to identify potential risks and develop strategies for maintaining their integrity.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions for asset integrity management.
- Utilize your expertise in mechanical engineering to analyze complex data and make informed recommendations for asset maintenance and improvement.
- Stay updated on industry standards and regulations to ensure clients' assets are in compliance.
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and management to present findings and progress reports.
- Develop and implement asset integrity management plans that align with clients' business objectives.
- Monitor and track asset performance, identify any deviations from expected results, and take necessary corrective actions.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute maintenance activities for clients' mechanical assets.
- Conduct audits and inspections to ensure clients' assets are in optimal condition and identify areas for improvement.
- Act as a subject matter expert and provide technical support to clients and colleagues on matters related to mechanical asset integrity.
Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Mechanical Asset Integrity Management.
Certification In Relevant Industry Standards, Such As Api 570, Api 580, And Api 579.
Strong Understanding Of Inspection Techniques And Non-Destructive Testing Methods.
Experience With Asset Management Software And Data Analysis Tools.
