- Conduct regular inspections and audits of mechanical assets to ensure they are operating at optimal levels and in compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Analyze data and trends to identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide technical expertise and guidance on mechanical asset integrity.
- Develop and implement maintenance and repair plans for mechanical assets to prolong their lifespan and reduce downtime.
- Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and best practices to continuously improve mechanical asset integrity processes.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of all maintenance and inspection activities for reference and compliance purposes.
- Identify areas for cost-saving opportunities in mechanical asset maintenance and provide recommendations to management.
- Act as a subject matter expert on mechanical asset integrity and provide guidance and training to other team members.
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders to provide updates on mechanical asset integrity and address any concerns or issues.
- Proactively identify and address potential safety hazards related to mechanical assets.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to source high-quality parts and materials for mechanical asset maintenance and repairs.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new processes and technologies to improve mechanical asset integrity.
Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Asset Integrity Management Within The Oil And Gas Industry
Working Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Regulations Such As Api 510, Api 570, And Api 653
Experience With Risk-Based Inspection (Rbi) Methodologies And Techniques
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Technical Information To Non-Technical Stakeholders
