  1. Conduct regular inspections and assessments of industrial assets to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
  2. Develop and implement asset integrity management plans to optimize the performance and lifespan of critical assets.
  3. Utilize advanced engineering principles and techniques to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement innovative solutions for asset maintenance and optimization.
  5. Monitor and analyze asset performance data to identify potential risks and develop proactive maintenance strategies.
  6. Conduct risk assessments and recommend corrective actions to mitigate potential hazards and ensure the safe operation of assets.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and advancements in asset integrity management to continuously improve processes and procedures.
  8. Provide technical support and guidance to project teams and clients on asset integrity-related matters.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and regulatory agencies.
  10. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide updates and reports on asset integrity activities.
  11. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local and international regulations.
  12. Mentor and train junior engineers and technicians on asset integrity management practices.
  13. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of asset integrity processes.
  14. Proactively identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend strategies for optimizing asset performance and reducing maintenance costs.
  15. Uphold a strong commitment to quality and deliver exceptional results to clients.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Asset Integrity Management In The Oil And Gas Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Relevant Codes And Standards Such As Api, Asme, And Nace.

  • Experience With Risk-Based Inspection Methodologies And Fitness-For-Service Evaluations.

  • Proficiency In Using Software Tools Such As Sap, Maximo, And Cmms For Asset Management And Data Analysis.
