  1. Develop and implement strategies and processes for ensuring the safety and reliability of mechanical assets.
  2. Conduct regular inspections and assessments of mechanical assets to identify potential risks and areas for improvement.
  3. Analyze data and reports to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for optimization of mechanical assets.
  4. Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and develop customized solutions to improve asset integrity.
  5. Utilize cutting-edge technology and tools to enhance asset management and maintenance processes.
  6. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of asset integrity strategies into overall business objectives.
  7. Train and mentor junior engineers on asset integrity management best practices and techniques.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulations related to mechanical asset integrity.
  9. Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and support to clients and team members on complex mechanical integrity issues.
  10. Proactively identify and address potential risks and issues related to mechanical assets to minimize downtime and costs.
  11. Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies to optimize asset performance and reduce costs.
  12. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to mechanical asset integrity activities.
  13. Communicate effectively with clients and team members to provide updates, recommendations, and solutions related to mechanical asset integrity.
  14. Adhere to all safety and compliance regulations and ensure that all activities are carried out in a safe and ethical manner.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve existing asset integrity management processes and procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Mechanical Asset Integrity Management In The Oil And Gas Industry

  • Knowledge Of Industry Codes And Standards Such As Api, Asme, And Iso

  • Experience With Risk-Based Inspection Methodologies And Integrity Management Software

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Mitigate Potential Risks To Mechanical Assets.
