- Develop and implement strategies and processes for ensuring the safety and reliability of mechanical assets.
- Conduct regular inspections and assessments of mechanical assets to identify potential risks and areas for improvement.
- Analyze data and reports to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for optimization of mechanical assets.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and develop customized solutions to improve asset integrity.
- Utilize cutting-edge technology and tools to enhance asset management and maintenance processes.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of asset integrity strategies into overall business objectives.
- Train and mentor junior engineers on asset integrity management best practices and techniques.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulations related to mechanical asset integrity.
- Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and support to clients and team members on complex mechanical integrity issues.
- Proactively identify and address potential risks and issues related to mechanical assets to minimize downtime and costs.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies to optimize asset performance and reduce costs.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to mechanical asset integrity activities.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to provide updates, recommendations, and solutions related to mechanical asset integrity.
- Adhere to all safety and compliance regulations and ensure that all activities are carried out in a safe and ethical manner.
- Continuously evaluate and improve existing asset integrity management processes and procedures.
Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or Related Field
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Mechanical Asset Integrity Management In The Oil And Gas Industry
Knowledge Of Industry Codes And Standards Such As Api, Asme, And Iso
Experience With Risk-Based Inspection Methodologies And Integrity Management Software
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Mitigate Potential Risks To Mechanical Assets.
