- Monitor and assess the performance of assets, identifying any potential risks or issues.
- Develop maintenance and inspection plans to prevent asset failure and minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with other team members to provide holistic solutions for clients' asset integrity needs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in mechanical engineering and asset integrity management.
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.
- Utilize your expertise in mechanical engineering to provide technical support and guidance to the team.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement continuous improvement initiatives for asset integrity processes.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of asset inspection and maintenance data.
- Conduct audits and reviews to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Train and mentor junior team members on mechanical asset integrity best practices.
- Identify and implement new technologies and tools to enhance asset integrity processes.
Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Asset Integrity Management, Preferably In The Oil And Gas Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Mechanical Design Principles, Codes, And Standards, Including Api, Asme, And Nace.
Experience With Risk-Based Inspection (Rbi) And Fitness-For-Service (Ffs) Assessments.
Familiarity With Data Management And Analysis Tools, Such As Sap Or Maximo.
