  1. Develop and implement asset integrity strategies and initiatives to ensure the safe and reliable operation of client assets.
  2. Lead a team of engineers to deliver high-quality and innovative solutions for asset integrity management.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, operations, and maintenance, to identify and address asset integrity issues.
  4. Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members and clients on asset integrity principles and best practices.
  5. Conduct risk assessments and develop risk mitigation plans for client assets.
  6. Monitor and analyze asset performance data to identify potential problems and recommend solutions.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  8. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards in the delivery of asset integrity services.
  9. Manage project budgets and timelines to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of services.
  10. Mentor and coach junior engineers to develop their skills and knowledge in asset integrity management.
  11. Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders to provide updates, progress reports, and recommendations.
  12. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in asset integrity management to continuously improve services.
  13. Identify opportunities for business growth and assist in developing proposals and bids for new projects.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures and promote a culture of safety and excellence within the team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Asset Integrity Management, Preferably In The Oil And Gas Industry

  • Strong Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Regulations Related To Mechanical Asset Integrity

  • Proven Experience In Project Management And Delivery, With A Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Delivering Complex Projects

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Stakeholders.
