- Lead the implementation and optimization of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) for global clients, ensuring timely and successful delivery of projects.
- Utilize your expertise in manufacturing processes and technology to identify opportunities for improvement and drive operational excellence.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design MES solutions, and provide technical guidance and support.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in MES technology, and proactively make recommendations for improvements and innovations.
- Train and mentor junior team members on MES best practices and processes.
- Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure the functionality and effectiveness of MES systems.
- Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates on project progress and addressing any issues or concerns.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, timelines, and status reports.
- Adhere to project budgets and timelines, and identify and mitigate any potential risks.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of MES systems, making recommendations for enhancements and optimizations.
- Participate in business development activities, including client presentations and proposals, to expand the company's MES consulting services.
- Act as a subject matter expert on MES systems, providing guidance and support to clients and colleagues.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all MES implementations.
- Embrace a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, adapting to changing priorities and project demands.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Implementing Mes Solutions In A Manufacturing Environment.
Proficiency In Mes Software Applications Such As Siemens Opcenter, Rockwell Factorytalk, Or Sap Me.
Strong Understanding Of Manufacturing Processes And Industry Standards Such As Isa-95.
Excellent Project Management Skills With The Ability To Lead And Deliver Mes Projects On Time And Within Budget.
