- Develop and implement MES solutions that meet the specific needs and goals of clients in the manufacturing industry.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, project managers, and business leaders, to understand and analyze client requirements.
- Conduct thorough assessments of client manufacturing processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Design and configure MES systems to align with client business processes and objectives.
- Provide technical guidance and support for the implementation of MES solutions, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of MES systems to ensure they meet client expectations and requirements.
- Train end-users on the functionalities and capabilities of MES systems and provide ongoing support and guidance.
- Monitor and track the performance of MES systems, identify any issues or inefficiencies, and recommend solutions for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in MES technology to continuously improve and enhance solutions.
- Act as a subject matter expert on MES systems and provide guidance and recommendations to clients on best practices and strategies for optimizing production processes.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience Working With Mes Systems, Preferably In A Consulting Role.
Strong Understanding Of Manufacturing Processes And Operations, Including Supply Chain Management, Quality Control, And Production Planning.
Experience With Various Mes Software Platforms, Such As Siemens Opcenter, Rockwell Automation's Factorytalk, Or Sap Me.
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work With Clients At All Levels And Lead Project Teams Effectively.
