  1. Provide expert consulting services to clients in the area of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
  2. Collaborate with clients to analyze their current manufacturing processes and systems and identify opportunities for improvement.
  3. Develop and implement customized MES solutions to optimize clients' manufacturing operations.
  4. Conduct thorough assessments of clients' MES needs and provide recommendations for system enhancements or upgrades.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in MES technology.
  6. Lead and facilitate meetings and workshops with clients to gather requirements and discuss project progress.
  7. Create detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful execution of MES projects.
  8. Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the entire project lifecycle, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or issues.
  9. Train and mentor junior team members on MES best practices and implementation strategies.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and methodologies for delivering MES projects.
  11. Collaborate with other teams within Accenture, such as IT and engineering, to ensure seamless integration of MES solutions.
  12. Communicate and present project findings, recommendations, and results to clients and Accenture leadership.
  13. Act as a subject matter expert on MES for internal and external stakeholders.
  14. Travel to client sites as needed to support project delivery.
  15. Uphold Accenture's values and standards of excellence in all client interactions and project deliverables.

Job Qualifications

  • Experience With Mes Implementation: A Successful Candidate Should Have Hands-On Experience With Implementing Mes Solutions In A Manufacturing Environment. This Includes Understanding Of Mes Software, Hardware, And Integration With Other Systems.

  • Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Best Practices: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Industry Standards And Best Practices Related To Mes, Such As Isa-95, Isa-88, And Mesa. This Will Ensure That The Mes Solution Is Designed And Implemented In Accordance With Industry Standards.

  • Strong Technical Skills: A Mes Consultant Should Have A Strong Technical Background, Including Knowledge Of Programming Languages, Databases, And System Integration. This Will Enable Them To Troubleshoot Technical Issues And Provide Technical Guidance To The Project Team.

  • Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: The Role Of A Mes Consultant Requires The Ability To Analyze Complex Manufacturing Processes And Identify Areas For Improvement. The Candidate Should Possess Strong Problem-Solving Skills To Develop Solutions That Optimize Production And Efficiency.

  • Communication And Project Management Skills: As A Consultant, The Candidate Will Be Required To Work Closely With Clients, Project Managers, And Other Team Members. Strong Communication And Project Management Skills Are Essential To Effectively Collaborate And Deliver Successful Mes Projects On Time And Within Budget.
