  1. Lead a team of professionals to develop and implement effective CRM and omnichannel strategies for life sciences clients.
  2. Utilize technology and data to drive commercial success and improve client outcomes.
  3. Collaborate with industry experts to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
  4. Conduct market analysis and research to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.
  6. Provide guidance and mentorship to team members to ensure their professional growth and development.
  7. Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
  8. Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns or issues.
  9. Stay up-to-date on the latest CRM and omnichannel technologies and tools, and evaluate their potential for implementation.
  10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of CRM and omnichannel strategies with other business processes.
  11. Develop and implement metrics and KPIs to track the effectiveness of CRM and omnichannel strategies.
  12. Proactively identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for process enhancements.
  13. Represent the company and its services at industry events and conferences.
  14. Continuously work towards achieving client satisfaction and maintaining long-term relationships.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Life Sciences Or A Related Field: A Manager In This Role Should Have A Strong Foundation In The Life Sciences Industry And Be Able To Understand The Complexities Of The Sector. A Relevant Bachelor's Degree Will Provide The Necessary Knowledge And Understanding Of The Industry.

  • Experience In Crm And Omnichannel Marketing: As A Manager In This Role, It Is Essential To Have Experience And Expertise In Customer Relationship Management (Crm) And Omnichannel Marketing. This Includes Understanding The Latest Trends, Technologies, And Best Practices In These Areas.

  • Understanding Of Digital Transformation In The Life Sciences Industry: With The Increasing Digitization Of The Life Sciences Industry, It Is Important For A Manager To Have A Strong Understanding Of Digital Transformation And The Impact It Has On Commercial Crm And Omnichannel Strategies.

  • Excellent Communication And Client Management Skills: A Manager In This Role Should Possess Excellent Communication Skills To Effectively Interact With Clients And Stakeholders.
