  1. Monitor and manage mainframe systems through online console operations.
  2. Ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of mainframe systems by identifying and resolving any issues or errors.
  3. Collaborate with team members to develop and implement effective service management strategies.
  4. Maintain and update mainframe system documentation and procedures.
  5. Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide timely and effective solutions.

  12. Develop strong working relationships with clients and internal teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of services.
  13. Participate in on-call rotations and provide 24/7 support for critical issues.
  14. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to mainframe systems.

Job Qualifications

  • Proficiency In Ibm Mainframe Operating Systems: A Successful Candidate Should Possess In-Depth Knowledge And Experience In Working With Mainframe Operating Systems Such As Z/Os, Z/Vm, And Z/Vse.

  • Strong Troubleshooting And Problem-Solving Skills: Mainframe Online Console Operators Are Responsible For Monitoring And Managing Mainframe Systems. They Should Be Able To Quickly Identify And Resolve Any Issues That May Arise.

  • Knowledge Of Service Management Processes: Accenture Follows Itil (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) Best Practices For Service Management. The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Good Understanding Of Itil Processes And Procedures.
