Knowledge Of Mainframe Systems: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Mainframe Systems, Including Z/Os Operating System, Jcl, Tso, And Ispf. They Should Also Be Familiar With Mainframe Hardware Components And Have Experience In Troubleshooting And Resolving Technical Issues.
Service Management Experience: The Candidate Should Have Experience In Service Management Processes, Such As Incident Management, Problem Management, And Change Management. They Should Be Able To Handle Service Requests And Ensure Timely Resolution Of Issues.
