  1. Monitor and manage the mainframe online console to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the mainframe systems.
  2. Provide support for various service management tasks related to the mainframe systems.
  3. Utilize your strong technical background and knowledge of mainframe operations to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise.
  4. Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure timely and efficient resolution of mainframe system issues.

  6. Collaborate with other team members to implement new processes and procedures for improving mainframe system performance.

  9. Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and support to junior team members.
  10. Follow all company policies and procedures related to mainframe operations and service management.
  11. Identify and report any potential risks or issues related to mainframe systems and work towards finding solutions to prevent them.
  12. Take ownership of mainframe system updates and maintenance, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  13. Continuously monitor and analyze mainframe system performance and make recommendations for improvements.
  14. Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of all mainframe operations and service management processes.

Job Qualifications
