- Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure successful and timely delivery of modernization projects
- Lead and mentor a team of professionals to drive innovation and deliver high-quality results
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address client needs and drive digital transformation
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovative technologies to continuously improve and enhance modernization processes
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their unique needs and provide customized solutions
- Analyze and assess clients' current mainframe environments to identify potential areas for modernization and improvement
- Create detailed project plans and manage resources effectively to ensure project success
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify new business opportunities and develop proposals for potential clients
- Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the modernization process to ensure a smooth transition and successful outcomes
- Act as a subject matter expert and thought leader in the field of mainframe modernization, both internally and externally, through speaking engagements, conferences, and other events.
Extensive Experience In Mainframe Modernization Projects, Including Knowledge Of Legacy Systems, Modernization Strategies, And Industry Best Practices.
Strong Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Manage And Motivate Teams To Deliver High-Quality Results Within Tight Timelines.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Modern Programming Languages And Technologies, Such As Java, Cobol, And Cloud Computing, As Well As Experience In Implementing Modernization Frameworks And Tools.
Excellent Communication And Stakeholder Management Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Engage And Collaborate With Clients At All Levels Of The Organization.
