Mainframe Developer

Accenture is looking for an experienced and motivated Mainframe Developer to join our dynamic team. We are looking for someone who has excellent problem-solving skills and is comfortable working in a high-pressure environment. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the mainframe development process and the associated technologies. The successful candidate must have a deep knowledge of mainframe development, experience with IBM z/OS and other mainframe platforms, and the ability to design, develop, and test mainframe applications. In addition, they must have a solid understanding of coding languages such as COBOL, JCL, and CICS, as well as a good grasp of database management systems such as DB2 and IMS. An understanding of agile development principles and experience with DevOps is also a plus. The ideal Mainframe Developer must have strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently and in a team environment, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
