We are looking for an experienced and motivated Mainframe Developer to join our team.As a Mainframe Developer at Accenture, you will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining mainframe applications to meet business requirements. You will work closely with business stakeholders, other teams, and third-party vendors to ensure timely delivery of solutions and services.The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of mainframe technologies, including COBOL, CICS, JCL, DB2, and VSAM. You must also be able to work independently and possess excellent problem-solving skills.If you are passionate about developing mainframe applications and have a proven track record of success, we look forward to hearing from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Design and develop mainframe applications to meet business requirements.
  2. Develop code and documentation for mainframe applications.
  3. Implement and maintain mainframe applications.
  4. Work with business stakeholders, other teams, and third-party vendors to ensure timely delivery of solutions and services.
  5. Troubleshoot and debug mainframe applications.
  6. Research and evaluate new mainframe technologies.
  7. Monitor mainframe applications performance and availability.
  8. Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices.
  9. Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.
