Legal Support Analyst
As a Legal Support Analyst, you will work with a team of agents to accurately produce response(s) to law enforcement requests. The project entails gaining a deep understanding of the client processes and then responding to various external requests through the client’s ticketing system. Additionally, you will use your problem-solving skills to continuously deliver value to our clients, while making a larger impact on society. Day-to-day responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: Deliver client satisfactory work as demonstrated through a 96% QA score. Obtain on the job certification in client mandated work flows (Preservation, Subpoena Production and User Notices). Partner with management through the improvement of processes and productivity while supporting the client's rapid response and friendly service culture. Serve as Subject Matter Expert on workflows and processes for support agents Prepare, revise, and or update training materials and client facing documents such as RAID item.
Ability to work collaboratively and independently while managing multiple projects, assignments and/or responsibilities
1 1/2 years of experience working with legal processes such as warrants, court orders, subpoenas
Ability to work in a dynamic environment with fluid processes
Strong understanding of policy with adaptability under ambiguity
