Lead Business Analyst

We’re looking for a highly motivated and experienced Lead Business Analyst to join our team at Accenture. As a key member of the consulting team, you will be responsible for leading the analysis of complex business problems, identifying and recommending solutions, and managing the implementation of those solutions to drive measurable business value.To be successful in this role, you must have excellent problem-solving skills and be passionate about understanding business operations and driving change. You must be comfortable working with people at all levels of an organization and be a natural collaborator. You will need to have a robust understanding of the business and technology landscape, be able to identify trends and insights, and be an advocate for the customer.The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, or equivalent field, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. You should also have experience in data analysis and the ability to create business cases for projects.
