As a Lead Business Analyst, you will be responsible for developing and implementing solutions that meet business needs. You will lead and coordinate the analysis, design, and implementation of technology-enabled solutions.We’re looking for a highly motivated individual with excellent problem solving and communication skills, strong analytical ability, and the ability to manage multiple projects at once. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in business analysis, software development, data analysis, and/or project management. Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of technology-enabled solutions that meet business needs.
- Provide business analysis, software development, data analysis, and/or project management services.
- Manage multiple projects at once and coordinate the analysis, design, and implementation of solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical and/or operational issues.
- Analyze existing processes and procedures and recommend areas of improvement.
- Monitor and evaluate project performance and suggest corrective actions when necessary.

- Prepare, maintain, and present project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with relevant standards, policies, and regulations.
