  1. Lead and manage the Kinaxis RR solution design and delivery process for clients.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify client needs and design solutions that address their business challenges.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and identify opportunities for future business.
  4. Keep up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the industry to continuously enhance the Kinaxis RR solution offerings.
  5. Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team throughout the solution development and implementation process.
  6. Develop project plans and timelines to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions to clients.
  7. Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and address any issues that arise.
  8. Mentor and coach team members to support their professional growth and development.
  9. Collaborate with sales and business development teams to identify new business opportunities and support proposal development.
  10. Stay informed of industry best practices and make recommendations for process improvements to enhance the solution delivery process.
  11. Ensure compliance with company and industry standards, regulations, and policies.
  12. Act as a subject matter expert on Kinaxis RR solutions and provide training and support to clients and team members as needed.
  13. Continuously monitor project budgets and resource allocations to ensure efficient and effective delivery of solutions.
  14. Represent the company and promote its services at industry events and conferences.
  15. Maintain a high level of motivation and commitment to drive business transformation for clients and contribute to the overall success of the team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Supply Chain Management Or Operations, With A Focus On Kinaxis Rapidresponse (Rr) Solution.

  • Strong Understanding Of Kinaxis Rr Functionality And Configuration Options.

  • Proven Experience In Managing Kinaxis Rr Implementation Projects, Including Scoping, Planning, And Execution.

  • Excellent Communication, Leadership, And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Clients.
