Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Insurance Industry, Preferably In A Strategy Or Consulting Role.
Strong Understanding Of Insurance Business Operations, Including Underwriting, Claims, And Distribution Channels.
Experience In Developing And Implementing Business Strategies For Insurance Companies, Including Market Analysis, Competitive Positioning, And Financial Planning.
